About Our T-Shirt Quilts

Your beloved t-shirts are cut down into twelve-inch squares and backed with fusible interfacing for increased stability. (The backs of your t-shirts may also be used to contribute to the total number of squares needed.) We use cotton sashing around each block for a clean, finished look and back the quilt in your choice of cool cotton or warm flannel.​ All t-shirt quilts are filled with cotton batting and quilted by machine with a stitch-in-the-ditch technique.

*For customers outside of Lancaster County who will be shipping their t-shirts to our workshop, the shipping costs of returning your finished quilt to you are covered by Crimson Thread Sewing.
